Collection Statement
Hazeldene’s Chicken Farm Pty Ltd ABN 72 004 381 346 (“Hazeldenes”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects your personal information, including credit information, from you directly and from third parties. We may collect, use, disclose and/or store your personal information for the purposes of providing you with our products and services, processing payments, providing you with trade credit and as otherwise set out in our Credit Reporting Policy (available at thebarebird.com.au/credit-reporting-policy/).
We may disclose your information to our related entities, to other organisations that assist us with providing our products and/or services, to our service providers or business partners, and as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy (available at thebarebird.com.au/privacy-policy/) and Credit Reporting Policy (available at thebarebird.com.au/credit-reporting-policy/). This may include organisations based overseas, including but not limited to the United States of America and the Philippines. Such overseas disclosures are only made in connection with the purposes for which your personal information has been collected. Where you have applied for trade credit with us, we may also disclose your information to credit providers or credit reporting bodies as set out in our Credit Reporting Policy.
You may interact with us using a pseudonym or otherwise keep your identity secret, where feasible to do so in the circumstances. However, without your personal information we may not be able to provide you with our products and services or assess your credit application.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Credit Reporting Policy. Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access the personal information we hold about you and seek the correction of that information. Our Credit Reporting Policy contains information about how you may access or correct any credit information or credit eligibility information we may hold about you.

Statement of Notifiable Matters
Under the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code 2025, there are several ‘notifiable matters’ that we are required to disclose to you at or before the time of collecting personal information that is likely to be disclosed to a credit reporting body (CRB) such as CreditorWatch.
Those matters are that:
- where our disclosure is an information request:
- your consent to the disclosure is not required;
- a record of the information request may be used and, as relevant, disclosed for the purposes of the CRB or a credit provider assessing your credit worthiness, including calculation of a credit score or credit rating; and
- the information request may be recorded on your credit report and may affect your credit score or credit rating with the CRB;
- the CRB may include the credit information we give to it in reports which it then gives to other credit providers to assist them with assessing your credit worthiness;
- if you commit a serious credit infringement (such as a repeated failure to make payment), we may be entitled to disclose this to a CRB;

- you can request a copy of a CRB’s credit reporting policy from its website or by contacting them directly;
- you have the right to access credit information we hold about you, request that we correct the information and make a complaint, as set out further in our Credit Reporting Policy;
- you can request a CRB not to use your credit reporting information for the purposes of pre-screening of direct marketing by us; and
- you can request a CRB not to use or disclose your credit reporting information if you believe on reasonable grounds that you have been, or are likely to be, the victim of fraud.
